World’s Second tallest residential tower located at MUMBAI
World One
World one is the world’s second tallest residential skyscraper under construction in Mumbai located at upper warli. It will cover the plot of a 17.5 acre site. Lodha Group purchase the plot for 2.5 billion (US$38 million) from Shri Nivasan Cotton Mill. The project will cost 20 billion (US$310 million).
Height will reach 442 meters (1,450 ft) and will have 117 floors. 25 elevators will be provided. Simplex Infrastructures Limited and Arabian Construction Co Limited are main contractors.
Pei Cobb & partner is the architect and Fred Leslie E. Robertson Associates is the structural engineer. Starting price in World one is 75 million ($ 1.1 million) and the highest to 500 million ($ 7.7 million), Lodha expected revenue of 50 billion. ($ 770 million) from the sale of apartments.
